Spends its turn making the PARTNER stronger rather than itself. Howl raises the user's and the ally's Attack by one stage; Coaching gives the ally +1 Attack and +1 Defense; Aromatic Mist gives it +1 Sp. Def. Worth knowing what is deliberately not here: Helping Hand is a one-turn damage multiplier rather than a stat change, Dragon Cheer raises the ally's crit ratio (which is not a stat), and Acupressure picks its stat at random.
