Prankster gives every one of this Pokémon's STATUS moves +1 priority, so Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave or a screen lands before the opponent moves. It is the only ability that does this: Quick Draw is a 30% chance on attacking moves and Gale Wings is Flying moves at full HP, so neither ever made this claim true.
