Tailwind Setter
Tailwind doubles the Speed of your whole side for four turns — the other way to win the Speed war, and the one that leaves your Pokémon acting in the normal order. Pairs with trick-room-attacker's opposite: a 75–95 Speed attacker that is fast enough to outrun things once doubled but loses the race unhelped.
