Foul Play User
Foul Play is a 95 BP Dark move that calculates with the TARGET's Attack stat, not the user's — so a Pokémon with no physical offense of its own can punish a physical attacker with its own strength, and the foe's Swords Dance makes the punishment worse. Gated on 80 or less Attack, because that is exactly when borrowing beats attacking normally.
